I have been practicing different styles of yoga for 15 years and am now
instructing others in Los Angeles who seek the wonderful benefits that it can
bring to their minds, bodies and spirits. My main focus is currently in
Power Yoga/Hatha Flow. I practice and teach according to the methods developed
by Yogi Larry Schultz of It’s Yoga, San Francisco. Larry learned the traditional
Ashtanga series from his teacher, K. Patabi Jois in Mysore, India. Larry's
system allows for any and all modifications for any individual, even in the
